TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MAYKQ online store and any purchase made through it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Store content, branding, graphics, text, and design are owned by or licensed to MAYKQ and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may rely on Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. MAYKQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
